Proof in Practice
We earn trust through delivery. These engagements represent the capabilities we bring to every new mission — broadband domain expertise, federal program management discipline, and the ability to operate at national scale.
Broadband Fabric Operations — Tier 1 National Carrier
Situation
A Tier 1 national carrier — one of the largest BDC filers in the country — needed to manage biannual availability data filings against the FCC's Broadband Serviceable Location Fabric while navigating systemic address matching failures, missing rural locations, and an opaque bulk challenge process.
Our Role
Led the cross-functional team responsible for Fabric data quality assessment, BDC filing workflow management, and bulk challenge preparation and submission. Developed automated address matching workflows to improve match rates against Fabric location IDs. Documented and escalated systematic Fabric errors — including missing locations in newly developed areas and MDU unit count discrepancies. Managed the end-to-end challenge lifecycle from evidence gathering through submission and adjudication tracking.
Capabilities Demonstrated
- ▸FCC Broadband Data Collection compliance and filing management
- ▸Fabric data quality assessment and challenge process navigation
- ▸ISP stakeholder coordination and operational workflow design
- ▸National-scale geospatial dataset operations
National-Scale Telecom Topology Mapping — Palantir Foundry
Situation
A major telecom operator required unified geospatial visibility across its network planning, construction, operations, and resilience functions at national scale. Existing systems were siloed, with no single source of truth for network topology or infrastructure status. Palantir Foundry was selected as one of several platform options to deliver this capability.
Our Role
Program management and delivery leadership for a Palantir Foundry implementation that created a real-time digital twin of the operator's telecom infrastructure. Coordinated cross-functional data integration from planning systems, construction management, field operations, and environmental risk sources. Managed stakeholder alignment across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
Capabilities Demonstrated
- ▸Large-scale program management for geospatial data platforms
- ▸Palantir Foundry deployment and operations
- ▸Multi-source data integration at national scale
- ▸Telecom infrastructure domain expertise
Network Disaster Planning — NOAA Partnership
Situation
A federal initiative required the integration of NOAA environmental risk data with telecom infrastructure mapping to enable proactive network disaster planning and resilience assessment.
Our Role
Program leadership coordinating multi-agency data sharing between federal environmental agencies and telecom infrastructure operators. Managed the geospatial integration of weather risk models, flood zones, wildfire exposure, and hurricane track data with network topology and critical infrastructure locations.
Capabilities Demonstrated
- ▸Federal agency collaboration and multi-agency coordination
- ▸Geospatial data integration from diverse federal sources
- ▸Critical infrastructure protection and resilience planning
- ▸Program management in classified/sensitive data environments
